Simple Garlic Parmesan Spaghetti

This is something I like to make for lunch or for light dinner when I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. I love all kinds of pasta or spaghetti but I do love simple pasta dishes without sauce. So this is what I often make!

Since I love the combination of garlic and Parmesan, I add those flavors to my pasta as well.

So it’s so easy and simple to make;

All you need are –

Spaghetti or your favorite pasta noodles for 4 servings
1 tablespoon + 1/4 cup olive oil or garlic olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
(optional) 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
(optional) salt and pepper if needed
Directions –

Prepare Spaghetti or Pasta according to package directions.
In large pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add minced garlic and stir well.
Add the cooked noodles and turn off the heat. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle garlic powder or garlic salt, cheese, basil, salt and pepper and toss well.
Enjoy!
